UP Token Vesting Schedule
To ensure a fair and balanced distribution, we’ve set the following vesting schedule for $UP tokens:
- IDO (Whitelist): 100% available at Token Generation Event (TGE).
- IDO (Public Round): 50% available at TGE, remaining 50% unlocked in the second month.
- Strategic Round: After a 3-month cliff, linear vesting over 15 months.
- Private Round: Similar to Strategic Round with a 3-month cliff and 15-month linear vesting.
- DAO: No vesting until future decisions by the DAO.
- Ecosystem: 50% unlock at Month 6, remaining 50% at Month 13.
- Team and Advisor: 12-month cliff, then linear vesting over 12 months.
- Incentive: 3.1% unlock in Month 2, linearly until Month 36.
- Marketing: 10% at TGE, linear vesting until Month 36.
This schedule is designed to provide stability and secure a long-term commitment across our ecosystem.
How to finish IDO’s TOS requirement?
It’s pretty simple and straightforward.
Step1: Jump in to TonUP website, or open your TON wallet from you mobile.
Step2: Click “Connect wallet”
Step3: Click the red person icon next to your walllet address to complete TOS. Then you’re all set!
It need some TON to finish the verification, make sure you have at least 1 TON Coin in your wallet, please.
How to Check if I’m on the Whitelist
If it shows ‘Not in Whitelist,’ it means you are not on the whitelist. If it shows ‘waiting for IDO,’ then you are on the whitelist, and you’re all set, just wait for IDO start.
